1. WHO WE ARE

Bodyslay is a product of JUMBOJET, a venture studio. We build and operate hosted fitness studio management platforms for client studios. Questions: slay@bodyslay.com

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you apply or onboard through bodyslay.com we collect: your name, email address, studio name, location, and any information you voluntarily provide in your application. We do not collect payment information directly - all payments are processed via Slaypay.

We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. We do not use tracking pixels or sell your data to advertisers.

3. HOW WE USE IT

We use your information solely to: respond to your application, onboard your studio, provide support, and communicate about your platform. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

4. YOUR STUDIO'S MEMBER DATA

If you become a Bodyslay client, your members' data is stored in infrastructure hosted for your studio (for example, a dedicated database). Your studio remains the owner of your member data. We do not access it except to provide support, and only to the minimum extent necessary. We do not sell, share, or monetize member data under any circumstances.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Your platform operates on Vercel, Supabase, and Slaypay. Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain application data for 12 months. If your application is unsuccessful and you request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing slay@bodyslay.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what data we hold and the right to opt out of sale - though we do not sell data.

8. CHANGES

We will notify active clients of material changes to this policy via email with 30 days notice.
